Generally the concept design is inclusive of conceptual philosophy for the utility generation and distribution, list of utility equipment, the thumb rule estimated demand of utility, estimate of flow Velocity, philosophy for the fire hydrant, etc. Further on approval of conceptual design, the design & engineering work at basic engineering will start leading to procurement, selection, detailed design up to the implementation on site and commissioning.
